About Padel with Keep Calm Community
Padel is the fastest-growing sport in Spain, and Keep Calm Community runs one of the most active English-speaking padel groups in Barcelona - a free, volunteer-run space for expats, internationals, and locals to play together, no Spanish and no partner required. Whether you've never held a racket or you're already smashing winners, there are sessions for every level, from complete beginners (0.5) to advanced players (2+).
Our organizers Dan and Nadir coordinate weekly matches across multiple venues including Padel Delfos, Up Pádel & Tennis Cornellà, and Aurial Pàdel Cornellà. Games are organized through a simple poll system: polls open on Saturday, close on Tuesday, and mid-week games are arranged based on responses - so you don't need to already know three other players to get a game.
It's not just about the sport. After every Sunday session, the group heads to Caña + Tapa for post-game drinks from 19:00. It's the easiest way to meet English-speaking expats and internationals in Barcelona while staying active, whether you're brand new to the city or have been here for years.

Sundays 16:00–19:00 (primary), plus Saturdays and weekday sessions - arranged via a weekly poll

Cost
€5–8 per person to split the court (+€4 racket rental if needed) - free to join the group, you only ever pay for the court
What to Bring
Sportswear, water, and a padel racket if you have one (rental available at the venue, no need to own gear)
Skill Level
All levels welcome, English-speaking beginners included: Beginner (0.5), Improver (0.5–1), Intermediate (1–2), Advanced (2+)
